The price & licensing of PHPKB Software is based on the number of admin section users which includes Superusers, Editors & Writers. Admin users refer to the number of staff logins (admin control panel logins) that can be created to login and update the knowledge base powered by PHPKB Software. Please note that there is no limit on the number of people who can view or browse your knowledge base.
