Approved education end users must meet one or more of the following criteria:
- Full-time students enrolled in a degree-granting program at a qualified education institution or organization.
- Full-time faculty.
- Staff, or Employees at a qualified education institution or organization.
- Elementary, Middle, Junior High and High Schools.
- Public or Private Colleges.
- Universities and Community colleges.
