Question Title What happens if I make a PayPal payment without being Verified?

Unfortunately, PayPal does not have any mechanism through which the restriction of non-acceptance of payments can be implemented and so the process of refusing payments has to be done manually.

As such, the funds use to make PayPal payments made by non-Verified members are returned to the PayPal account within 1-2 working days.
