The 690 System will turn "on" and lock-up the brakes but the power still keeps running 1. Problem in the wiring Refer to wiring diagrams Pages 14 & 15. Check the integrity of all wiring connections. 2. High pressure switch is inoperatives. Switch the 690 system to the "on" position.  Then do other stuff.
