When looking at your folders list in Outlook you will see a folder named Junk email.

If there is email in there you will see a green number next to the folder.   By clicking on the Junk email folder it will open.

Once the emails are listed you can right click on the email you want to remove from the Junk mail folder, which will bring up a menu.   Roughly half way down you will see Junk E-mail listed with a sideways arrow next to it.   Moving your mouse over Junk E-mail will bring up another list off to the side.   From here you can mark the email as not junk. Emails from people outside the company you may also want to add them to the safe sender list.

Once you’ve done that you’ll want to move the email into your inbox.   If you double click the email that is in your junk email folder and open it you will see a header in a shaded box

Click on this header; highlight and click send to inbox.

The email will now show up in your inbox.
