How do I disable Strict Mode in MySQL?

Please follow the instructions that are given below in order to turn off the MySQL Strict Mode.

NOTE: Make the following changes in the my.ini (for Windows Operating System) or my.cnf (for Linux Operating System):

  1. Look for the following line:
  2. Change it to:
    sql-mode="" (Blank)
  3. Restart the MySQL Service.
